My guest this week is Alana Williams. Alana is a workplace investigator and performs workplace investigations for companies- but she has a personal story to tell about how she became an investigator. Alana is a former law enforcement agent and previously experienced harassment in the workplace.  She has taken her knowledge in the field and education in criminal justice and teaches at police academies across the US. She is also a certified Equal Employment Opportunity Investigator.
